A string of bomb attacks targeting Thailand’s crucial tourism industry have killed four people, officials said on August 12, sending authorities scrambling to identify a motive and find the perpetrators.
The blast followed a series of explosions in Hua Hin Thursday evening. Twin blasts in this seaside resort town in Thailand killed one and injured 19 others, including foreigners, the latest explosions in the region’s top tourist destination.
At least four people have been killed in eight bomb blasts that have hit across Thailand in the past 24 hours, in the resort town of Hua Hin and southern provinces, authorities said.
